7. Open Session: Budget Revision - Discuss and consider amending the 10/1/09-9/30/10 budget to accept proceeds from the Texas Leverage Fund and increase the BDC’s budget in proceed amount of $885,000.00.

8. Open Session: Discuss and consider the approval of adding one part-time administrative staff position to be hired by the President/CEO.
