On Wednesday, December 18, 2009, members of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Corporation (BDC) of Vernon may attend, in part or whole, a luncheon at the BDC office located at 1819 Wilbarger St., Vernon, Texas from 12:00noon until 12:45pm. No official business will be conducted.
