6. Discuss and consider Local Preference Clause in BDC Contracts and discuss contacting other taxing entities to consider the same.

8. Executive Session: BDC Board of Directors will go into executive session under the following Codes and subjects:
(1) Executive Session: Government Code Subchapter D. Section 551.087 Deliberation Regarding Economic Development-funding request from Pat Bryant regarding infrastructure improvements to a RV park.
(2) Executive Session: Government Code Subchapter D. Section 551.087 Deliberation Regarding Economic Development – negotiations with AgriBoard regarding possible incentives for the permanent location of their facility
(3) Executive Session: Government Code Subchapter D., Section 551.074 Personnel Matters-review results of performance evaluation of President/CEO Sean Stockard.
